last weeks visitors

WEIRD!
Ok… here’s the story… one of my friends from church – she’s a police’man‘ droped by at my place a couple of nights ago to pick up a book. She was supposed to come at around 10pm… At 10pm she wasn’t there, neither at 1/4 past… around 10.30pm my door bell rang and there she was wearing her uniform and bulletproof vest and everything. Her excuse for being late – not that she needed one – they just caught some criminal doing some criminal stuff. If I got it right… while she came to pick up the book, that guy was sitting in the car waiting 🙂 I guess he wasn’t on his own! 🙂
Aaaaaaaaanyways… last night… oh my… how embarassing… I was already in my PJ’s – luckily I had already taken off this really cool Aloe face mask (from DM 🙂 I bought in the afternoon… my door bell rang… I asked who it was. Aaaaand this guy on the other end said that he’s from the police and if he could come upstairs… there had been some shooting.
Oh my word!
I wasn’t even sure that this guy was really a police man so after me ‚hanging up’… thinking for about 30 sec. about it, I asked again who he was and finally opened the door!
And upstairs they came… not just one police man… 3!!!!!!!!!!! of them! They were kinda nice though – even though I looked pretty stupid wearing my funky PJ’s 🙂
They told me about what happend and asked how many guns I keep in my flat (HELLO!!!! I don’t even own a super soaker… well… not quite true… I used to own one!)?!
I told them ‚Well… to be accurate… NONE!!!‘
So… there were these construction workers outside… they started using the buzz-saw around 8.30am and finished around 8pm… (I guess they took some breaks in between) and around 8pmish someone shot one of them into the jacket/sleeve/arm…!? from one of the 2nd or 3rd floor balconies…
And I didn’t even hear anything!
Yeah… so… that’s my police story for this week!
Let’s see what’s going to happen next week…
Aaaaand… Lord willing… in about 15 days time… I’ll be on my way to Peru!
