Ooooooook… well…
right now I should be really doing some MUCH more important stuff! BUT I just wanted to tell you a couple of thing you’ve never ever wanted to know… like:
When I wrote about what I experience and who I drive past on my way to work I TOTALY forgot to mention the skirt lady! Oh my…
Every afternoon (but I really HAVE to leave on time… 4pm it is) I see this lady waiting for the bus to come! She always wears a skirt. Was wondering already if she was a Christian – maybe?! Anyways… the other day… low and behold she wore TROUSERS!!! YES!
What a surprise!
Ok… the other thing… on a more serious note… a few days ago I went to a concert at my church. Really good choir… they sang mostly classical songs.
The first song they sang didn’t have too many words and I actually got a bit annoyed by it… but then I realized what it was they sung:
‚The joy of the Lord is my strength‘
WOW… I’ve heard this so many times that it didn’t mean anything to me at first…
But then it hit me!
The last few weeks I’ve been busy preparing some stuff on team work… and while doing that I read a lot about strength and weaknesses…
And right now, I must admit I’m pretty much the most joyful person on this planet… but this is ‚just‘ joy joy… I want God’s joy to be my strength. That people look at me and see something that’s far beyond my ’self made‘ joy (even though I must say that this joy I’m experiencing right now I really wouldn’t call ’self made‘!!!!). But you know what I mean!
To have God’s joy as strength!
WOW!!!
Anyways…
Enough for today!
I need to finish working on my Team work stuff! 🙂

Hello Heike! I’ve been telling Wolfie that I would read your blog and I finally got around to it. I have the pleasure of being in class with him. He’s usually floating after chatting with you. I just thought you’d like to hear it from someone who sees him every day. Hope you can come to Peru someday!
Joyfully,
Laura
