I just thought it might be time for a little sign of life from my side!
I am still alive! I’m good!
Moved to Bremen and here I am in my beautiful flat…
It all feels a bit weird though…
Maybe it’s just me growing up (finally) – I mean, what to expect?! I’m 29 now! 🙂
So it’s about time, isn’t it?
But still… it feels weird. I’m not an OMer anymore! I live in my own place, drive my own car, will go to work 5 days a week… will start to live a ’normal‘ life and yeah… at times… this is quite scary!
Hey, I often have to think back and remind myself of this Oswald Chambers quote (well and he just quoted Jesus, basically) not to worry!
The last few months there was so much I could worry about… and now, now that God answered so many prayers I just feel like I should still worry, cause there always seems to be something to worry about!
Sorry… you get all my melancholic moodiness… next time I’ll be the happy-smiling-hey look, I’m a Clown-Heike‘ again! 🙂

I just read Kristen’s blog and she post some of the photo she have during the visit to Logos Hope, it was good memories but I guess life goes on! Wish you all the best in your new chapter!

Bremen ist glaub ne nette Stadt… ich war da mal und plötzlich befand ich mich außerhalb des Universums…
…. „normales Leben“ …noch bin ich Student… ich glaub das fürchte ich aber auch.
Die Bremer Jesus Freaks sind voll nett. Wenns dir alles zu normal wird kanste ja mal bei denen vorbei schauen. =o)

hab gerade mal deinen Blog quergelesen. Cool. Viele nette Bilder…. Werde immer mal vorbeischauen. Weiß nicht, ob ich vorher nur deine Mailunterschriften nicht genau genug angeschaut hatte, oder ob es neu ist, dass der Blog da drin steht. Wünsch dir jedenfalls einen super-guten Anfang in der neuen Situation und dass du dich echt einleben und dann auch wohlfühlen kannst.

have just been browsing through what you have written before and must admitt that I thought you were still working for the ship- understand that’s not the case and you have moved on- scary yes can imagine but exciting dear!! Have this quote in my bible, it’s dutch but hope you have picked up some of that along the way…
