A quick update from an Internet Cafe in Lima.
I can\u00a8t believe we\u00a8re here now. My feelings are pretty much messed up… Don\u00a8t know what to feel… I\u00a8m a little homesick, missing my family and Germany. On the other side that\u00a8s exactly how I always feel when starting something new. This time I\u00a8m not even on my own. Wollo has been ever so kind. He treats me so well!!! I\u00a8m glad I married him \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
Ok… here\u00a8s a little story for you:
Yesterday we arrived quite early at the airport and had to wait for over an hour before the Iberia service thingie opened. So.. we waited. When they finally opend up we were one of the first people in line. So… we put all our luggage on the thing (it was quite a lot and quite heavy too) and I asked the Lady if it was possible to get an emergency exit seat (on the long flight – 12h). She only said that we had booked our seats already… so… that\u00a8s it!
But then… \ud83d\ude42 she mentioned that she upgrated us anyways… cause the plane was quite full \ud83d\ude42
Ooooooooooooooooh man!!! BUSINESS CLASS!!!!!! Dreams came true! I got upgrated because of my Iberia Card. And Wollo got upgrated because he was with me \ud83d\ude42
So… we flew to Madrid… spent some time at the VIP Lounge – oh man!!! And entered the plane before all the \u00a8normal\u00a8:) people had the chance to \ud83d\ude42
It was just great! We had something like bed\u00a8s to sleep in.. really sleep… the flight attendants were sooo nice and we got something to drink whenever we wanted something… no complaints! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
Aaaanyways… we\u00a8re in Lima now and it\u00a8s pretty cold here (comepared to Germany) and somehow humid. Tomorrow we will leave to Arequipa.
I feel horrible for not being able to communicate in Spanish at the moment. Feel so dependent on Wollo! And I wanna learn Spanish as fast and good as I can!<\/p>\n
